Use once daily (morning)
Apply to damp skin
Gently massage into the skin for a few minutes
Rinse thoroughly with water
Do not use more than once per day to avoid sensitivity

Important:

Always apply SPF 50+ daily while using this product and for at least two weeks after, as it can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight
