There’s a brand-new treatment that’s whipping up a frenzy in the aesthetics world.

This is Medical Aesthetics using Regenerative Medicine … it has the power. POLYNUCLEOTIDES also known as PDRNs.

Polynucleotides are an exciting new tool to add to our treatment portfolio. They offer something different from the usual options; really focusing on regenerating skin from the source. They can also be used in combination with other treatments such as toxin, filler, micro needling and radiofrequency.

Regenerative medicine is the future of medical aesthetics and, the power of polynucleotides cannot be underestimated.

The list of what Polynucleotides can treat is endless, but here are some of the key uses:

  • Combat signs of ageing
Preparation and recovery pre/post procedures and surgeries
    Acne
    Scarring
    Rosacea
    Elastosis
    Alopecia/hair loss
    Hyperpigmentation
    Stretch marks
    Deep lines & wrinkles
Rehydration for dull skin at any age

Polynucleotides are the latest revolutionary tools in regenerative medicine that work on a cellular level to repair tissue and boost skin quality.

In the form of polymerised polynucleotide-based injectable gels, polynucleotides work by stimulating fibroblasts which encourages cell turnover, improves elasticity, boosts collagen production and hydrates skin thanks to powerful wound-healing polymers.

Polynucleotides also calm inflammation and rebalance melanocyte activity to create an even and refreshed skin tone.

Polynucleotides are shortened DNA fractions that occur naturally in the body. Whilst you may not 100% understand the science behind polynucleotides, one thing’s for sure – they’re about to become a massive deal in aesthetics. That’s because these polynucleotide chains make regenerative changes on a cellular level, meaning they can rejuvenate, rejuvenate, rejuvenate, essentially the gift that just keeps giving.

With over 90 clinical trials and proven results, it’s not hard to see why this treatment is becoming a fast favourite for many aesthetic experts. In addition, it has a proven track record in tissue and cartilage regenerative medicine, and the evidence for Polynucleotide’s power is undisputed in both the medical and aesthetic fields.

When injected into the skin polynucleotides signal two all-important changes to the way the skin behaves. First, it acts as a wound-healing agent might do, telling the skin to repair. This can reduce scar tissue (including stretch marks) and minimise other patches of pronounced texture on the skin.

It also has an anti-inflammatory effect, which can:

boost cell renewal
stimulate collagen production
improve elasticity
increase hydration
reduce wrinkles.

The European based production facility provides total control of the manufacturing chain ensuring the safety of its products through the unique high purification technology. In addition to this, over 70 years of research and 100+ published studies presented at national and international congresses support the safety and efficacy of polynucleotides. There have been approximately 34 Randomised comparative trials.

They Eliminate the risk of a vascular occlusion as they are not manufactured like a dermal filler & therefore eliminate the risk of you being overfilled. They just reduce over time naturally if you do not maintain.

Initially you need a loading dose of at least 3-4 sessions 2- 3 weeks apart (4 weeks maximum)  A maintenance session should be given every 6 – 9 months

Results vary but are often seen within 30-60 days after the final treatment.

The under eye is often a tricky one to treat, and sometimes patients are suitable to be treated in the under-eye area with dermal filler known as Tear Trough. However, polynucleotides are the new kid on the block, that can be used instead of, or as part of a combination approach.

Patients frequently request aesthetic treatments for the periorbital area to look more refreshed and less tired as well as treat wrinkles, crow’s feet and even eyebrow ptosis, drooping of the upper eyelids.

In studies tightening of the periocular skin visibly improves, including the most severely sagging areas. In one study Over 90% of the patients experienced clinical improvement in the reduction of fine, superficial wrinkles as well as an improved skin appearance. The results were also confirmed by objective evaluations by 3D skin analysis.

Mild redness, swelling & tenderness can be normal post treatment.

Bruising may occur.

Normal activities can resume immediately.
